• Immersive Queue: The Jules Verne inspired, outdoor queue (equipped with electric fans for a cooling breeze) sets an exhilarating tone right from the start.

You’ll find plenty of dining spots at Celestial Park that cover a wide variety of different flavors and cravings. Plus, with plenty of bars around, it’s a fabulous place to kick back and enjoy your favorite adult drink while soaking up the vibe. This is one of the best areas in the park to take a break, grab a meal, or enjoy a drink—especially midday.

🌊 Atlantic

Nestled across from the Neptune Pool, this table service restaurant offers an undersea culinary experience reminiscent of a grand Victorian aquarium as you dine beneath gently illuminated fish and starfish drifting overhead. This full‑service restaurant showcases fresh seafood, succulent steaks, and handcrafted cocktails—promising an enchanting adventure beneath the waves. *** If you have a kiddo who loves sweets (or if you have a sweet tooth) make sure to order the Landlubber’s Snickerdoodle Loot, a beach themed dessert featuring a snickerdoodle cake served in a beach pail with cookie butter ganache, surrounded by crumbled Biscoff (cookie) sand with gummy sharks!

One thing you’ll notice quickly in Celestial Park, and Epic Universe as a whole is while it stunning—but shade is hard to find. Much of Celestial Park and the walkways between lands are wide open to the Florida sun, with minimal tree cover or canopies.

One simple but magical fix? Bring a UV umbrella. Lyn tested one on her latest trip and said it was a game-changer for staying cool and sunburn-free. Bonus: it also works great during surprise Florida rain showers.

The show follows Ringmaster Skender, who steals Newt Scamander’s suitcase filled with magical creatures with the goal of bringing back the old glory of Le Cirque Arcanus. It’s up to Gwenlyn, a circus member, to save the creatures.

  Keep your eyes peeled for cozy dragon nests nestled in the cliffs and rocky outcrops. Nestled right next to The Untrainable Dragon show, Toothless’ Treasures invites you to hatch and adopt your very own baby dragon for just $21. Whether you’re chasing all five hatchlings or hunting for your favorite, the colorful eggs give you a sneak peek at your scaly friend inside—and our Viking “adoption specialists” (aka cast members) will ensure you crack open the perfect match.

  • Five dragon species to collect—will you snag Toothless, a Light Fury, or another rare hatchling?

• AR Experience: As you enter the queue, put on a headset styled like Mario’s iconic red cap complete with an adjustable visor and removable face shield. This gear transforms the environment by overlaying dynamic world elements and familiar Mario Kart characters right before your eyes.

• Ride Details: Deep in Bowser’s Castle, board a four person kart fitted with its own steering wheel and buttons. The ride doubles as a game—earn coins along the track, with a special nod to riders using the PowerUp Band who get to carry their coins afterward.

• Gameplay Elements: Your adventure kicks off with a fun training session where targets pop up in your AR display. Use your turtleshell water cannon—acquired via question mark boxes along the route—to hit targets, earn extra coins, and embrace the frantic, competitive spirit of a classic Mario Kart race.

⛏️ Mine Cart Madness – A Donkey Kong Arcade Adventure, Reimagined

Take on the barrel jumping challenge in Universal’s twist on the iconic Donkey Kong game:

• Ride Design: Your two level ride vehicle cleverly creates the illusion of leaping over shattered track. The lower section rides the actual rails via a vertical arm, while the upper section—with its faux wheels—gives the sensation of navigating a separate, elevated track.

• The Visual Thrill: As displays of twisted, broken tracks rush toward you, your cart seems to make a dramatic jump to avoid obstacles, even though it remains securely on the rails. This visual trick ensures that every angle brims with the excitement and wonder of your favorite arcade challenge.

• Note: Riders must be at least 40 inches tall to join in on the high-flying fun.

🍹 The Bubbly Barrel  

Tucked beneath a breezy thatched roof in the heart of Donkey Kong Country, The Bubbly Barrel is the stop in SUPER NINTENDO WORLD™ for refreshing tropical drinks. Heads up, this is your stop for the DK Crush Float: Ice Cream that is banana and pineapple flavored served in Fanta Orange Soda and it comes with a souvenir mug and spoon.

🏁 Turbo‑Boost Treats

Put the pedal to the metal and screech into Turbo‑Boost Treats—the ultimate pit stop for Mario Kart, a snack spot serving up delicious treats, drinks, and quick bites.

Epic Universe offers its own version of Universal Express Pass, which lets you skip the regular standby lines at select attractions using a shorter, dedicated queue. If Express is sold out, your options are more limited — here’s the truth.

• 🚗 Parking & Transportation: Epic Universe is a short drive from the Universal Studios Florida/Islands of Adventure/CityWalk complex—so allow extra travel time.

  • Standard parking: $32 per day (same as CityWalk garage)

  • Valet parking: Starts at $32 for two hours (rates vary by time of day and stay duration)

• 🗺️ Park Layout & Navigation: Unlike Magic Kingdom’s compact hub, Celestial Park stretches out like a grand corridor with “portals” to each realm on its left and right. Since lands aren’t interconnected, you’ll always return to Celestial Park to travel between them—expect a bit of backtracking and extra steps.

• 🚶‍♂️ Walking: Be ready for more walking than you might expect - and plenty of stairs, especially in SUPER NINTENDO WORLD™. Don’t worry, though, well-marked elevators are available at every major attraction for a seamless experience.

• 👥 Crowds & Tight Spaces: While each themed land is expansive, some areas or experiences (Dark Universe, in particular) can feel more enclosed during peak times. Consider visiting those attractions early or late in the day to avoid the busiest periods.
