🚌 Getting Around

All hotels offer their guests complimentary transportation to the theme parks and Volcano Bay, mostly by bus. Though if you’re staying at  Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel, Loews Royal Pacific Resort and Loews Sapphire Falls Resort you can skip the bus and hop on the water taxi connecting four resorts to CityWalk and Universal Studios Florida, and Island of Adventure! There are also scenic walking paths linking some resorts with CityWalk, Volcano Bay, or Epic Universe — perfect for those who want a little stroll between their adventures. Finally let's not overlook Helios Grand Hotel's back door straight into Epic Universe.

No. parking fees apply:

  • Overnight self-parking: $15–$31/night (varies by hotel)

  • Day visitor parking at Value & Prime Value resorts: $45/day flat


💳 What are the booking, cancellation, and deposit policies?

  • Pay a one-night deposit at booking; balance due at check-in.

  • Free cancellation up to 5 nights before arrival.

  • Deposits are forfeited if cancelling within 4 days of arrival.

🎢 Is Staying On-Site Worth It?
