Opening Week Update: The 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival begins Thursday, August 27, and we finally have the details we’ve been waiting for! The full menus and booth locations are out, Eat to the Beat is set, and the festival’s 30th anniversary brings new and returning food, scavenger hunts, entertainment, and a few fun surprises.

🍽️ EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival (2026 Guide + 2025 Review)

When in comes to EPCOT International Festivals, The Food & Wine Festival is our first love, the OG festival, the one that started it all, and it’s still EPCOT’s biggest, tastiest celebration of global eats, sips, and culinary creativity.

We try to visit every year to savor the culinary delights (and, let’s be honest, those fun adult beverages). Your Practically Perfect Pixie Dust trio visited twice in 2025 and is heading back in 2026, so you'll find both real-life experience and current planning advice throughout this guide. Let’s dive fork-first into everything you need to know for 2026.

🍽️ 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival Dates

Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend (October 22–25, 2026)

This runDisney event blends fitness and foodie fun as part of EPCOT’s International Food & Wine Festival. All races are currently sold out, but guests should be aware that park attendance will spike this weekend due to the influx of runners and spectators.

Global Marketplace Food Booths

Every EPCOT festival brings something tasty to the table, but Food & Wine is where the culinary magic really shines. For 2026, Disney is serving up more that 30 Global Marketplace booths, each one offering unique bites and sips from around the world. With more than 100 different food and drink options available, there's truly something for every palate.

As the name suggests, food and drinks are the star of the show here. Whether you're a seasoned foodie or just snack-curious, this festival is the perfect opportunity to try dishes from a variety of cultures or finally order that adventurous bite you've never dared to before.

2026 Food & Wine Menus

The 2026 menus are officially here, with more than 30 festival food locations plus specialty offerings throughout EPCOT. Disney has also confirmed that some Global Marketplaces will have phased opening dates. That means guests visiting when the festival begins on August 27 may not find every announced booth open on the first day. We’ll add each marketplace and its opening date when the complete Foodie Guide is released.

Drinks & Unique Festival Sips

🍹 The festival is also a great place to sip your way around the world! From mimosas and sangria to ciders and beer flights, there are dozens of creative (and refreshing) beverages to try—both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. We’re especially excited to check out some of the more adventurous cocktails and maybe share a flight or two.

Returning this year is one of the most talked-about offerings Pickle Milkshake at Brew-Wing Lab. It was definitely one of those love-it-or-cringe experiences. Some people found it surprisingly delightful; others pulled a face and never looked back. We are strongly in camp number two.

Our Festival Favorites (2025 Review + 2026 Preview)

When we ate our way around EPCOT’s 2025 International Food & Wine Festival twice and here’s what stood out, and what we are looking forward having again in 2026:

Recent Additions

• Milled & Mulled: [NEW] Butternut Squash and Ginger Bisque – Rich and velvety, with cinnamon cream, toasted pumpkin seeds, and a drizzle of pumpkin seed oil. A perfect cozy fall bite! We plan to make the point of seeking it out again this year.

Perennial Favorite

• China: Chicken Dumplings – Served with house-made sweet-and-spicy sauce. We could eat these every day and never get tired of them! This year the Chicken Dumplings have become a Dumpling Trio, being served along side Veggie and Pork Dumplings. We are crossing our fingers that the new offerings are just as delish.

Sips We Loved

• Shimmering Sips: Mimosa Flight (alcoholic) – a fizzy trio that’s always worth starting the day with. The Blood-Orange was our absolute fav. We are super pleased it is returning for 2026.

• China: Mango-Peach Bubble Tea (non-alcoholic) – sweet, refreshing, and one of the best festival cool-downs. Also returning for 2026, yay!

Desserts Worth Saving Room For

• Swirled Showcase: Liquid Nitrogen Frozen Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse – made with Philadelphia Cream Cheese, topped with candied pecans and maple-caramel sauce. The texture + chill factor = dessert magic. While this is not returning for 2026, we will instead have a Liquid Nitrogen Almond Truffle Mousse which should be a worthy replacement.

Fromage Montage Pick

• Brazil: Pão de Queijo – Brazilian cheese bread that’s warm, chewy, and always a crowd favorite. (Bonus: it counts toward your Fromage Montage stamps, and it is returning for 2026!)

One We’d Skip Next Time

Bramblewood Bites: Cast Iron-Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Root Vegetables – sadly turned out mushy and way less appealing than it sounded on paper. We’ll be walking past this one next time. In 2026 this is being replaced by Brûléed Sweet Potatoes – With dried cranberries, walnut streusel, and orange goat cheese, which sounds much more up our alley.

How We Tackle EPCOT Food & Wine in a Day

With dozens of booths and more dishes than any one group could reasonably try, it’s easy to feel like you have to “eat it all” in one trip, but trust us, you’ll be stuffed long before you reach the finish line.

Here’s the approach we usually take to make the most of our festival days at the 2025 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival:

• Pick Your Must-Trys: Before we even set foot in EPCOT, we circle about 10–15 dishes on the festival menu that are absolute musts for us.

• Start Early: Booths typically open around 11:00 AM, so we like to hit World Showcase right as they do. Lines are lighter, and it’s easier to sample those must-haves before the big crowds arrive.

• Share & Sample: If your group has similar palates, order several dishes and take a bite or two of each. That way, you’ll have room to enjoy more festival favorites without getting too full.

• Take a Midday Break: Head toward World Discovery or World Nature for a ride, catch one of the World Showcase shows, or head back to your resort for a nap. Giving your stomach time to recover is especially important on hot and humid Florida days.

• Round 2 at Night: Evenings are perfect for grabbing seconds of favorites, trying a beer or cider flight, and picking up another 10–15 new items you missed earlier in the day.

• You Can’t Do It All: Don’t stress about checking off every booth. Some of our best EPCOT Food & Wine days have been spent just strolling, sampling, and soaking in the festival atmosphere without a rigid plan.

🧚‍♀️ Pixie Dust Pro Tip: If you’re short on time, prioritize new booths and seasonal items — the returning fan favorites will usually stick around all season, but the debuts often have the longest lines in the first weeks.

Parisian Breakfast Buffet at Chefs de France

One of the most delightful hidden gems of the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival the Parisian Breakfast Buffet at Chefs de France offers a relaxed, French-inspired start to your festival day before World Showcase comes to life. Available on Fridays and Saturdays during the festival, this limited-time breakfast is a wonderful way to enjoy authentic French flavors before heading out to explore the Global Marketplaces.

Here’s what was included:

• French pastries (think croissants, pain au chocolat, and more)

• Fresh baguettes, charcuterie, cheeses, and smoked salmon

• Seasonal fruit, juices, bottomless mimosas, and hot coffee

Time: 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM

Cost: $67.95 per person plus tax

Reservations were highly recommended

🧀 Emile’s Fromage Montage

Who doesn’t want an excuse to eat more cheese? Disney calls this a scavenger hunt, but let’s be real—it’s a cheese crawl, and we’re 100% here for it. Emile’s Fromage Montage invites you to snack your way through EPCOT, sampling select cheesy dishes across the park and earning a prize for your efforts.

To get started, grab a Festival Passport (available at park entrances, merchandise locations, and food booths) and look for the cheese icons marking qualifying menu items. As you taste your way through the crawl, make sure to get a stamp each time you purchase one of the featured dishes.

Complete five and then receive your special bonus treat! Shimmering Sips (near the Port of Entry in World Showcase Plaza) is once again the redemption spot.

New for 2026: Cheers to Cheese!

Beginning September 18, CommuniCore Hall will host “Cheers to Cheese!,” a new interactive exhibit celebrating one of the festival’s most popular ingredients. Disney says guests will be able to explore cheese-themed facts and history throughout the exhibit.

But, if you are a cheese-fan and are looking forward to this new fun-filled time, remember the exhibit does not open until September 18, Disney needs to wind up GoofyCore at Communicore Hall for Cool Kids' Summer!

EPCOT Festival Scavenger Hunts

One of our favorite hidden gems at any EPCOT festival? The themed scavenger hunts! They’re the perfect way to explore World Showcase with a little extra purpose—especially if you’re traveling with kids or just love a good challenge. Remember the more of the wine part of food and wine you enjoy - the harder that will get. The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival has two fan-favorite scavenger hunts, and we’ll definitely be playing along!

🐭 Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak

We’ve loved hunting down Spike the Bee during Flower & Garden and spotting hidden Figments during Festival of the Arts—but during Food & Wine, it’s all about Remy! This adorable scavenger hunt has you spotting little chef Remy as he prepares ingredients across the World Showcase.

The map cost $11.99 plus tax and is sold at Disney Traders, Port of Entry, Creations Shop, World Traveler and participating festival merchandise locations.

Each Remy you find is paired with a specific ingredient—match them correctly on your map, and once you’ve completed the hunt, return it to Disney Traders, World Traveler, or Gateway Gifts to collect your prize.

Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit

This Limited-Time Event runs September 25 – November 2, 2026

Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit is a fall-themed scavenger hunt that runs throughout the month of October. You’ll purchase a game board For $9.99 at Disney Traders, Creations Shop, Port of Entry, World Traveler, or most festival merchandise kiosks.

Then start your quest to spot all the themed pumpkins hidden around EPCOT! Once you’ve found them all, return your completed board to Disney Traders or World Traveler to claim your prize.

🧚 Pixie Dust Pro Tip: Doing both hunts in the same day? Use one as a warm-up and the other as an afternoon stroll while you digest between booths!

Eat to the Beat Concert Series

Another EPCOT festival tradition we love? Live music under the stars! The Eat to the Beat Concert Series brings high-energy performances to the America Gardens Theatre nearly every night during the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival.

This popular concert series features a mix of nationally known artists and local talent, offering something for everyone—from 90s and early 2000s throwbacks to new fan favorites. In past years, acts like The Fray, 98°, Boyz II Men, and Sugar Ray have taken the stage, and 2026 is shaping up to deliver even more hits.

When we were there in 2023, we were especially excited to catch Boyz II Men—they always bring the nostalgia and the crowd, and in 2025 we saw the inspirational Christian group Mercy Me!

Festival Concert Series Dining Package

Want to pair your foodie adventure with a guaranteed concert seat? The Eat to the Beat Dining Package is your ticket to reserved seating and a full meal at one of EPCOT’s participating restaurants.

Here’s how it works:

• Pick Your Plate: Choose a meal at a participating EPCOT restaurant. The package includes a meal and a guaranteed seat for one of that evening’s Eat to the Beat concerts.

• Score Reserved Seats: After your meal, you’ll receive access to a reserved seating section at America Gardens Theatre for that night’s concert. Seating within the reserved section is still first-come, first-served.

• Choose from 15 Participating Restaurants: Dining Packages are available at many of EPCOT's most popular restaurants, including Le Cellier, Garden Grill, Chefs de France, Via Napoli, Rose & Crown, Spice Road Table, and more. If you're looking for a lower-priced option, Regal Eagle Smokehouse also offers same-day walk-up dining packages.

We’ve used them at all four EPCOT International Festivals when planning to see big-name performers, and it’s always helped us lock in a seat. Just keep in mind—you may still want to arrive up to an hour early if you care about where you sit within the reserved section. But even if the theater fills up, your reserved badge guarantees you’ll get in!
