Ever wonder how do I mobile order at Disney World? It's easy. Mobile Ordering in the My Disney Experience app can save you tons of time - especially during peak meal hours. Whether you’re craving a Ronto Wrap in Galaxy’s Edge, a DOLE Whip in Adventureland, or a customizable bowl at Satu’li Canteen, ordering ahead means more time for rides, characters, and magical memories.

How to Use Mobile Ordering in the My Disney Experience (MDE) App

Mobile Ordering is a convenient feature in the My Disney Experience app that allows you to order and pay for meals at select quick-service restaurants across Walt Disney World Resort.

Accessing Mobile Ordering

There are two ways to access Mobile Ordering in the MDE app:

1. From the Home Screen:

   • Tap the "+" icon at the bottom center of the screen.

   • Select "Order Food" from the menu that appears.

2. From the Menu:

   • Tap the three horizontal lines (☰) in the bottom right corner.

   • Select "Mobile Food Orders" from the list.

Placing an Order

1. Create a New Order:

   • Tap "Create New Order" to view a list of participating restaurants, sorted by location.

2. Select Arrival Time:

   • Choose "As Soon As Possible" for the next available pickup time, or "Schedule for Later" to select a specific time slot.

3. Choose a Restaurant:

   • Browse the list and select your desired dining location.

4. Build Your Order:

   • Browse the menu and add items to your order.

   • Note that while some customization is available, options may be limited compared to in-person ordering.

5. Review and Pay:

   • Tap "View My Order" to review your selections.

   • Proceed to payment using a saved credit card, a new card, Apple Pay, or a Disney gift card.

Picking Up Your Order

• When you arrive at the restaurant, open the app and navigate to your order.

• Tap "I'm Here, Prepare My Order" to notify the kitchen.

• You'll receive a notification when your order is ready.

• Proceed to the designated Mobile Order pickup area to collect your food.

Modifying or Canceling an Order

• If you're late for your pickup window, you can select a new time slot or cancel the order through the app.

• Orders not prepared will be automatically canceled at the end of the day, and charges will be refunded.
