At Epic Universe, Isle of Berk reimagines the legendary Viking realm where warriors and dragons live in harmony. Thanks to Hiccup’s trailblazing spirit, these once fearsome skybeasts are now tamed and eager to greet you. Explore a land pulsing with dynamic animatronic dragons, impressive stationary statues, and interactive encounters that fill every corner of the Isle of Berk with magic.

🏎️ Dragon Racer’s Rally – A Spinning Ride with a Dragon Twist

Reinventing the classic spinning attraction, Dragon Racer’s Rally offers a modern, handson experience:

• Controls with Character: Instead of a lever, you’re given two wooden wings with handles that allow independent control.

• Custom Movements: Pull a wing back to lift the ride, push down to descend, or use them asymmetrically to create a dramatic nearly 90 degree tilt.

• Safety & Thrills: When both wings are pushed down, the vehicle angles steeply while you’re securely held in place by a sturdy shoulder harness—ensuring a dynamic ride for everyone!

⛵ Fyre Drill – Training with a Splash of Fun

Join the new villagers at Berk’s Fyre Skööl and master the art of tackling accidental bonfires on this innovative boat ride:

• Ride Experience: Board an eight person boat where each rider commands a water spraying cannon.

• Interactive Target Practice: Glide down the training track and aim at wooden panels painted like flames, what a fun way to conquer fiery mischief!

🎢 Hiccup’s Wing Gliders – Family Friendly Coaster Adventure

Take to the skies on this large outdoor roller coaster set in the Isle of Berk:

• Smooth Ride, Pure Thrills: Emphasizing speed and a lengthy track, enjoy tight turns, dips, hills, and two exhilarating launch sequences that catapult you from zero to full speed.

• Looking Ahead: While the current light theming awaits landscaping details and matured scenery, the ride experience is solid, echoing the excitement of rides like Disney’s Slinky Dog Dash—but with extra Viking flair.

• Height Requirement: Riders must be at least 40 inches tall.

🏰 Mead Hall: A quick service restaurant where Vikings gather to enjoy a hearty spread of meats and fish, complemented by a diverse selection of meads, ciders, and ales.

🔥 Spit Fyre Grill: Discover quick, delicious fare at Spit Fyre Grill. This quick service location features meals which are flame-seared to perfection by a mythical, unseen dragon fry cook, adding a touch of fiery flair to every bite

🍻 Hooligan's Grog & Gruel: This festive, racing-themed food stand serves up tasty treats perfect for refueling. ***Now, say it with us, Mac & Cheese Cone. This is THE must have snack at Epic Universe and there are three:

• Goldfish Mac & Cheese Cone: Cheesy goodness mixed with macaroni and piled into a bread cone, finished with crunchy Goldfish crackers on top and bottom.

• PB&J Mac & Cheese Cone: Savory mac & cheese blended with pork, bacon, and jam, all tucked into a crunchy cone. Yes, Please.

• 🥚🐉 Hatch Your Hero: Dragon Adoption at Toothless’ Treasures

  Ready to add a pint-sized dragon to your Epic Universe crew? Nestled right next to The Untrainable Dragon show, Toothless’ Treasures invites you to hatch and adopt your very own baby dragon for just $21. Whether you’re chasing all five hatchlings or hunting for your favorite, the colorful eggs give you a sneak peek at your scaly friend inside—and our Viking “adoption specialists” (aka cast members) will ensure you crack open the perfect match.

  • Five dragon species to collect—will you snag Toothless, a Light Fury, or another rare hatchling?

  • Egg colors reveal each dragon: light green for Baby Toothless, sky blue for Light Fury, and more surprises await.

🔔 Know Before You Go

Plan ahead to make the most of your Epic Universe adventure:

• 🚗 Parking & Transportation: Epic Universe is a short drive from the Universal Studios Florida/Islands of Adventure/CityWalk complex—so allow extra travel time.

  • Standard parking: $32 per day (same as CityWalk garage)

  • Valet parking: Starts at $32 for two hours (rates vary by time of day and stay duration)

• 🗺️ Park Layout & Navigation: Unlike Magic Kingdom’s compact hub, Celestial Park stretches out like a grand corridor with “portals” to each realm on its left and right. Since lands aren’t interconnected, you’ll always return to Celestial Park to travel between them—expect a bit of backtracking and extra steps.

• 🚶‍♂️ Walking: Be ready for more walking than you might expect - and plenty of stairs, especially in SUPER NINTENDO WORLD™. Don’t worry, though, well-marked elevators are available at every major attraction for a seamless experience.

• 👥 Crowds & Tight Spaces: While each themed land is expansive, some areas or experiences (Dark Universe, in particular) can feel more enclosed during peak times. Consider visiting those attractions early or late in the day to avoid the busiest periods.
