Walt Disney World is making summer 2026 even more appealing with new limited-time resort savings and family-focused experiences—and this one is especially exciting if you’re a Disney+ subscriber 👀
But more than that… this is one of those offers that can actually change how you plan your day—and make summer at Disney feel a whole lot more manageable.
👉 This is just one of several offers available this summer—if you want to see all current discounts and how they compare, you can check out our full Disney World Summer Deals guide here.
🏨 Disney+ Subscriber Resort Offer (Returns!)
Back by popular demand, guests enrolled in the Disney+ Perks program can access exclusive discounted rates at select Disney Resorts Collection hotels.
And honestly? This is one of my favorite types of deals to see come back—because it opens the door for families to stay onsite without stretching the budget quite as far.
This is one of the easiest ways to:
✔ Stay onsite for less
✔ Use Disney transportation (and skip the parking stress)
✔ Build in those much-needed midday breaks during the hottest part of the day
And if you’ve ever done Disney in the summer… you already know those breaks are everything 😅
📅 Booking Details:
Book starting: April 2, 2026 (midnight)
Travel dates: June 21 – August 15, 2026
Minimum stay: 2 nights
💰 Starting Prices:
$99/night – Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort (Standard Room)
$169/night – Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside (5th Sleeper)
$249/night – Disney’s Art of Animation Resort (Cars Suite)
$279/night – Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort (Deluxe Studio)
$369/night – Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge (Savanna View)

What I really like about this offer is the flexibility it gives you.
You can:
✔ Stay onsite at a lower price point
✔ Take advantage of Disney perks
✔ And build a plan that actually works with summer crowds and heat
🧚♀️ Pixie Dust Pro Tip: If this deal is even on your radar, I would book early and sort out the details after. The best-priced rooms (especially value and moderate resorts) tend to disappear quickly.
🎟️ NEW Summer Ticket Deal: Visit Disney World After 2 PM
Walt Disney World also just released a new limited-time ticket option—and this one is really interesting from a planning perspective.
This ticket allows entry to one theme park per day after 2:00 PM, at a lower price point.
And while that might sound limiting at first… it’s actually a strategy I recommend a lot during the summer.
✨ Ticket Details:
Choose from 2-day or 3-day tickets
Valid for one park per day
No park reservations required
Entry begins at 2:00 PM daily
📅 Travel Dates:
Start dates: May 26 – July 29, 2026
2-day tickets: use within 4 days
3-day tickets: use within 5 days
Why this works really well:
Instead of pushing through the hottest, busiest part of the day, you can:
✔ Sleep in or enjoy your resort
✔ Hit the pool (or even a water park)
✔ Head into the parks later when it starts to cool off
And still:
✨ Ride major attractions
✨ See nighttime shows
✨ Catch fireworks
🧚♀️ Pixie Dust Pro Tip: This is one of my favorite “summer sanity” strategies—especially for families with younger kids or anyone who doesn’t love rope drop. You’ll get more enjoyable park time without the midday burnout.
⚠️ Important to Know:
No entry before 2 PM (including Early Entry)
Lightning Lane, dining, and Mobile Orders before 2 PM are not valid
Separately ticketed events (like After Hours) are not included
Subject to park capacity and availability
👉 Why this matters:When you combine this ticket with a resort deal like the Disney+ offer, you can completely shift your day:
Resort mornings + park evenings = less stress, less heat, and often better overall experiences.
And honestly? That’s one of the smartest ways to do Disney in the summer right now.

💡 How These Deals Actually Work Together (And When They Don’t)
One thing I want to call out—because this can get confusing fast—is that these aren’t really competing offers.
The Disney+ resort deal can work with any park ticket strategy.
The after-2 PM ticket, on the other hand, is a very specific way of touring—it works best if you’re planning to spend your mornings at the resort and your time in the parks later in the day.
So instead of choosing between them, it’s really about deciding:
👉 what kind of park day works best for your family—and then building your plan around that.
Planning Style | What You Book | What Your Day Looks Like | Best Fit For |
Traditional Disney Day | Disney+ Resort + Regular Park Tickets | Morning in the parks → midday break at your resort → evening return | Families with younger kids or early risers |
Evening-Focused Strategy | Disney+ Resort + After-2 PM Ticket | Sleep in → pool or relax → head to parks after 2 PM → stay for fireworks | Families who prefer slower mornings and cooler evenings |
Budget-Friendly Hybrid | Disney+ Resort + Mix of ticket types | Combine a full park day with a later-start day | Families trying to balance cost + flexibility |
🏨 Disney+ Resort Offer = Midday Break Strategy
If you’re booking the Disney+ resort deal with regular tickets, this is where that classic Disney rhythm really shines:
✔ Rope drop or early start
✔ Head back to your resort for a midday break
✔ Return to the parks in the evening
This works especially well for younger kids who need downtime to reset.
🎟️ After-2 PM Ticket = Evening Strategy
The after-2 PM ticket flips that schedule completely.
With this ticket:
You cannot enter the parks before 2 PM
So there’s no “midday break”… because your day starts later
Instead, your day looks more like:
✔ Sleep in (or at least try 😅)
✔ Enjoy your resort or pool in the morning
✔ Head into the parks in the late afternoon
✔ Stay through fireworks and nighttime entertainment

👉 If you’re deciding between the two, here’s a quick side-by-side to make it easier:
💡 Where This Gets Really Interesting
If you combine these offers, you can create a really balanced—and often more affordable—summer plan.
This is where I think this deal really shines.
You’re getting:
✔ A lower-cost way to stay onsite
✔ The ability to book a family suite at Disney's Art of Animation Resort at a price we don’t usually see
✔ A park strategy that avoids the hottest part of the day
Our Disney Value Resorts Guide breaks down why Disney's Art of Animation Resort is one of the best family resorts (especially when you can grab a suite at a discounted rate like this).
🌙 What That Day Actually Looks Like
Here’s how I would plan this for the right family:
Sleep in (depending on the kids 😉)
Enjoy a relaxed morning at the pool
Head into the parks later in the day
Use Lightning Lane Multi Pass for key evening rides
Focus on a few must-dos instead of trying to do everything
Stay for fireworks and nighttime shows
💛 And This Is the Part That Matters Most

Some of my favorite Disney memories aren’t from rushing ride to ride…
They’re from those slower moments.
Watching fireworks from the back of the park at Magic Kingdom…Letting the kids run around and just be kids…Staying late enough to soak in the nighttime atmosphere and parades ✨
That’s the kind of trip this strategy can create.
👉 If you’re visiting during the summer, having a plan for the heat makes a huge difference—our Disney Beat the Heat Guide walks through simple ways to stay cool without sacrificing your day.
⚖️ But This Won’t Work for Every Family
And I think this part is really important to say:
This is not the best plan for everyone.
Some families will do much better with:
A traditional ticket
Earlier starts
A structured midday break
Especially if:
Your kids are early risers
You want to maximize ride count
Or nighttime is harder for your crew
🧚♀️ Pixie Dust Pro Tip: This is one of those “know your family” decisions. But if your crew leans toward slower mornings and loves nighttime magic, this can be a more enjoyable (and often more affordable) way to do Disney.
