Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party Parade on Main Street U.S.A.

Every year, some of our favorite Walt Disney World vacations happen during the fall and holiday season. Halloween decorations. EPCOT festivals. Christmas trees. Gingerbread displays. Festive treats. It's hard to beat Disney this time of year. And Disney has just released several new offers that can help make those magical vacations a little more affordable.

Whether you're planning a long weekend this fall for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party (us), the back-to-back fun of Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party and Jollywood Nights (us), or a week-long holiday getaway (we wish), there's probably an offer that can help you save...

Let's dive into the nuts and bolts, then look at what offer makes the most sense for your family.

  1. Disney+ Perks Members Receive More Than Just a Room Discount

Disney Plus logo

Here's the "big one" that is creating all the chatter. A resort hotel discount with a side of park hopping? Say less. Since Park Hopper tickets normally cost extra, having that benefit included can significantly increase the overall value of the package for families who planned to park hop anyway.

Disney+ Perks members can receive:

  • Complimentary Park Hopper benefits

  • Up to 25% off select Deluxe Resorts

  • Up to 20% off select Moderate Resorts

  • Up to 15% off select Value Resorts

  • Up to 10% off Club Level rooms

Travel is available during select dates between September 25 and December 24, 2026.

Here's the important detail; you'll need to purchase a qualifying vacation package that includes at least a 4-night stay and 4-day theme park tickets. If you are popping up for just a couple of days or for a Disney holiday party weekend, this is not the deal for you.

Would Subscribing to Disney+ be Worth It?

If you're already a Disney+ subscriber, this offer is definitely worth a closer look.

If you're not a subscriber, and you aren't eligible for the Florida Resident or Annual Passholder discounts, it might actually be worth doing the math before you book. Even paying for a month of Disney+ could cost far less than the value of complimentary Park Hopper benefits on a family vacation.

For many families, the value of the complimentary Park Hopper benefits could easily be greater than the cost of a Disney+ subscription. Depending on your travel dates and resort, subscribing before booking could potentially save you more overall.

Every vacation is different, though, which is why we always recommend comparing all available offers before making a final decision.

  1. General Public Resort Room-Only Discount

Good news, even if you are not a Disney+ Subscriber, or only headed to the park for a couple of days you can still find savings this fall and holiday season.

The general public offer includes savings of up to:

  • Up to 20% off select Deluxe and Deluxe Villa Resorts

  • Up to 15% off select Moderate Resorts

  • Up to 10% off select Value Resorts

Travel is available most nights from October 4 through December 24, 2026, with a few Friday and Saturday night exclusions during the fall. If you've been waiting to book that holiday trip, hoping it could be a little more affordable, this is a great place to start.

  1. Florida Resident Offer

Live in Florida? Want a little Disney getaway or staycation? Florida Residents have a solid holiday offer available, falling in between tha savings of the regular room only and the Annual Passholder.

    Savings include:

    • Up to 25% off Deluxe Resorts

    • Up to 20% off Moderate Resorts

    • Up to 15% off Value Resorts

    • Up to 10% off Club Level rooms

Eligible travel dates include select nights from October 19 through December 24, 2026.

  2. Annual Passholders Receive the Biggest Room Discounts

As usual, Walt Disney World Annual Passholders get the largest room savings (which is great for us!)

Eligible Passholders can save up to:

  • 30% off select Deluxe and Deluxe Villa Resorts

  • 25% off select Moderate Resorts

  • 20% off select Value Resorts

  • 15% off Club Level rooms

  • 10% off select suites

These discounts are available most nights from October 4 through December 24, 2026.

If you're already a Passholder, this will most likely be your best room-only option.

Which Offer Is Best?

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad - Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World

There's no single answer because every family travels a little differently.

If you're staying at a Deluxe Resort, the Annual Passholder discount may offer the biggest room savings. If you're booking a vacation package and planning to add Park Hopper tickets anyway, the Disney+ Perks offer may provide the best overall value.

Florida Residents have their own exclusive promotion, while everyone else can still take advantage of the general public room discount.

Can You Combine Disney Discounts?

Unfortunately, no. Disney only allows one promotional offer per reservation, so you'll need to choose whichever discount provides the best overall value.

🧚 Pixie Dust Pro Tip: Before you book, compare every available offer—not just the one that seems biggest at first glance. A smaller room discount paired with complimentary Park Hopper benefits may save more than a larger room-only discount, depending on your vacation package.

The best offer isn't always the one with the biggest percentage—it's the one that saves your family the most. If the math isn't obviously mathing for you, well, that's what I are here for. If you'd like a complimentary quote or help comparing these new offers I'd love to help you plan your Practically Perfect Disney vacation. Book with Bren.
